Antony began his career at just 16, gaining practical experience on construction sites and working with leading civil engineering firms. This early exposure to the industry laid the foundation for a deep, working knowledge of the entire development process—insight that continues to inform his leadership today.

His transition from contractor to developer marked a key turning point, as he began purchasing land, building homes, and later focusing on land option agreements and planning strategies to maximise returns. Under his direction, Fairbank Investments has developed a reputation for thoughtful, location-sensitive development that enhances, rather than overwhelms, the landscape. A lifelong resident of the countryside, Antony has a strong belief in responsible growth that respects the communities and environments it serves.

With a zest for adventure, Antony combines his passion for flying with a love of travel and exploring the outdoors. As a qualified private pilot, Antony still loves to spend time with family and friends.

Samantha is co-founder and director of Fairbank Investments Limited, a company she and her husband built from the ground up through years of dedication, perseverance, and hands-on involvement. While raising a young family, she gradually expanded her role in line with the company’s growth and evolving demands.

Entirely self-taught, she has developed a broad and practical skillset spanning cash flow management, credit control, marketing, financial reporting, and public relations. She has worked closely with solicitors, accountants, and legal professionals, and has also played a key role in residential property design and development—overseeing projects from concept to completion.

Known for her professionalism, strong organisational skills, and team-oriented mindset, she is highly effective at managing operations and maintaining high standards across all areas of the business. She brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach and is driven by a genuine commitment to getting things done properly.

With a diverse background that includes years in estate agency—managing rentals, accounts, and lease agreements—she brings a wealth of practical experience and a sharp commercial mindset to every aspect of the business.

Joseph is the Project Manager at Fairbank Investments Limited, the family-run business founded by his parents. Working alongside his sister Alex, Joe represents the next generation of leadership, gradually stepping into a more senior role as he continues to learn directly from his father’s wealth of experience.

Joe's roots in the business began on-site, hands-on with construction work, building structures and understanding the physical side of development from the ground up. Equally comfortable in work boots or a suit, he bridges the practical and professional, managing projects, meeting with professionals and confidently growing into the strategic side of the business.

A firm believer in the values of loyalty, respect, and hard work, Joe brings a grounded and dependable presence to every project. Friendly and approachable, he’s known for building strong relationships and earning trust, whether he's working with contractors or sitting across the table from professionals.

Dedicated and driven, Joe is a qualified pilot, and was once a semi-professional goalkeeper. He brings that same energy and discipline to every aspect of his work. A family man at heart, he’s also the proud father of two young boys and is committed to building a legacy that balances strong family values with ongoing innovation and growth.
