We identified this piece of land as an area prime for development, although in the Local Plan, it was not without it's challenges. However, after working closely with our talented team, we obtained planning permission on the site to deliver a scheme of 30+ houses. An onward sale was swiftly negotiated and agreed prior to market to Heywood Homes.
